The best one my opinion is bitdefender internet, it has im encryption, antivirus, antiphishing, antispam, privacy protection, firewall, and more! I have it installed for about 6months now, and it works great.

The HTTP scanning engine slows down surfing.
There is a bug that causes loss of window focus while typing an email.
The antispam plugin is very buggy and sometimes does not work at all. I did have a running conversation with tech support about the problem. I gave them tons of useful information but they seemed to have given up since I haven't heard back from them in over a week. I asked twice if they were working on it but they failed to respond.
Time to move on.

No, it is not the best there is. Norton Internet Security Suite 2009 is by far the best.

While using Norton Internet Security 2009, a virus was able to infiltrate my firewall, attack, and destroy my computer. It will not even boot up at this point. I had to purchase an entirely new system thanks to Norton Internet Security 2009. Good luck with that.
