Far from easy and perfect.

The Editors review on Firewall,AV,ASW n other components 'could' be right, however, KIS2009 is not very easy to use-takes time to learn. Installation not smooth- had to do some guessing. Tech support takes days to answer e-mail even for simple queries and give wrong or incomplete answers and some forum moderators are arrogant and give vague or incomplete answers. KIS has to have good support since its not that simple to operate.
