great as long as you don't have to contact tech support

i have been very unsuccessful in getting my tech question to this company. I have tried calling and was told the only way to get help was by the internet. Customer service will only provide a link to Tech support, and that link, after filling out all the information ends in an error. Then the whole thing can be done againe this time with a very nice appology from CS as they give you the very same link to use.
